Gather your friends and register for the fifth annual Midwest Dragon Boat Festival, July 10 & 11, 2009. Simply download the registration form (.pdf) and follow the instructions to return the completed form with the registration fees. to print and mail it to the address listed.
Team Registration Fee:
$650 (non-refundable) for registrations received/postmarked by September 30, 2008 (Receipt of full $650 non-refundable registration fee by this date entitles team to priority team-tent placement in the Team Village.)
$750 (non-refundable) for registrations received/postmarked by December 31, 2008 (Receipt of full $750 non-refundable registration fee by this date entitles team to priority team-tent placement in the Team Village.)
$900 (non-refundable) for registrations received/postmarked by March 15, 2009
$1000 (non-refundable) for registrations received/postmarked after March 15, 2009
