| 6:00 pm | Parade assembly |
| 6:30 pm | Parade begins |
| 7:30 pm | Opening Ceremony followed immediately by "Alibi"* |
| 8:00 pm | Hot air balloon rides |
| 8:00 am | Coffee and Kringle** Hot air balloon rides |
| 8:30 am | Racing begins*** |
| 9:00 am | Childrens' crafts, Moonwalk, Rock Climbing and Chess |
| 12:00 pm | Cultural Dances and Demonstrations* |
| 4:30 pm | Racing ends*** |
| 5:00 pm | Championship races*** followed immediately by the Presentation of awards and closing ceremony |
* In Main Stage Tent
** Additional food service will be available mid morning
*** These times are tentative and may be adjusted slightly based upon the final number of teams
